Head of the Gastroenterological Center of Central Medical and Sanitary Department No. 122 of the Head Administration of medical-biological and extreme problems of Ministry of Health Protection of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg, Candidate of Medical Sciences, University reader, gastroenterologist Akimov Nikolay Petrovich applied in the clinic and recommended the method of purification of the organism by the phytocomplex « GEPAR KLASSIK » (paper bags of 1.0g No. 5) by the original method developed and approved during 20 years by the doctors of the Medical Center «GEPAR».

Right after and then within an hour chew segments of two lemons swallowing only juice, or within an hour sip extracted juice of 2 lemons. Right after taking the oil lie on the right side putting a hot-water bottle wrapped in a towel under the right hypochondrium (a liver area). Remain in such a position for the whole night long periodically changing the water in the hot-water bottle for a proper heating of the liver.
23.00 - A depuration enema with warm water (35?C). Pour the intestines into the pot and examine the content. A possible expel may include bile, feces stones, bilirubin plugs in the shape of green oval formations, yellow cholesteric flakes, sand on the bottom of the pot. Lie on the hot-water bottle.
3.00 - A depuration enema with warm water (35?C). Pour the intestines into the pot and examine the content. The expel is usually more intense. Drink a cup of sweet tea with pieces of dry bread. Lie on the hot-water bottle.
7.00 - A depuration enema with warm water (35?C). Do not use the hot-water bottle any more. You can eat according to the attached recommended diet. This is the end of the treatment.
Note: You can feel a little worse during the treatment. It is connected with an intense removal of bile and deposits and their quick suction in intestines. You may feel weakness, dizziness, sickness, especially during a depuration enema. Aid: smell liquid ammonia and let fresh air in. Take Corvalolum, Valocordinum . If the vomiting is persistent, don't withstand it. You can take 2 tablets of Cerucalum .
19.00 - A depuration enema with warm water.
Depuration of the organism continues during the following days. The organism gets rid from mould, microorganisms, viruses, natural products of metabolism, inner and outer toxins, food surplus, dead cells. Stones will keep being destroyed and removed with urine and excrements.

In the Gastroenterological Center of Central Medical and Sanitary Department (CMSD) No. 122 of the Head Administration of medical-biological and extreme problems of Ministry of Health Protection of the Russian Federation in St. Petersburg within the period of 1997 – 2001 under the leadership of the gastroenterologist of the highest qualification category, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Senior lecturer Akimov Nikolay Petrovich 423 patients with different nozologic forms were examined and treated by Method No. 2 of the Treatment and prophylactics center ‘Gepar'. The results of the examination of 17 practically healthy people who applied to CMSD No. 122 with prophylactic purposes by their own were also considered in the research work.
The estimation of effectiveness was performed according not only to the clinical data, but also to the results of laboratory and instrumental tests (clinical and biochemical blood test, test of excrements on coprogram and dysbacteriosis, irrigoscopia, fybrocolonoscopia, ultrasonic and computer tomoghraphic tests of abdominal organs).Among the examined there was a group of patients with liver and biliary tract pathology (a chronic cholecystitis, a bile stone disease, a postcholecystomic syndrome, a cholesterosis of a gall bladder, a liver steatosis).
