Method №1
The herbs of the phytocomplex "Gepar" are taken 30 minutes before meals 3 times a day.
The following forms of production are used:
GEPAR KLASSIK powders in paper bags of 1.0g № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5;
GEPAR FITO filter bags of 1.0g No. 30 or № 35;
GEPAR AKTIV capsules of 0.12g № 60;

Method №2
The application of the herbs of the phytocomplex "Gepar" with the procedures of purification of the body.
The following form of production is used:
GEPAR KLASSIK powders in paper bags of 1.0g № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
