During the period of 1997 – 2001 in Gastroenterological Center of CMSD ¹ 122 of Federal Administration of Medical-biological and extreme problems of Ministry of Health protection of the Russian Federation under the direction of the doctor-gastroenterologist of the maximum qualifying category, the candidate of medical sciences, senior lecturer N.P. Akimov the examination and treatment of 423 patients with various nozologic forms according to the technique of the treatment-and-prophylactic center "Gepar" was performed. The results of the examination of 17 practically healthy people who independently addressed in CMSD ¹ 122 with preventive purposes are considered in the research.
The patients passed trough a detailed physical, laboratory and instrumental research according to the nozologic form of the disease. The list of diseases and the quantity of the treated patients are presented in Table ¹1

The majority of patients addressed for medical aid in Gastroenterological Center of CMSD ¹ 122 in connection with insufficient efficiency of treatment by traditional means.The technique of preventive maintenance and treatment with phytocomplex "Gepar" is presented in Method No. 2 for phytocomplex "Gepar-Klassik" . Patients with specified nozologic forms and practically healthy people were hospitalized for 13 hours from 19.00 till 8.00 in the boxing of a reception of Central Medical and Sanitary Department ¹ 122. To the majority of patients and to practically healthy people a unitary treatment with the phytocomplex was appointed. For the patients with bile stones disease such a therapy was indicated from 2 up to 5 times. Besides, to the latter group a simultaneous therapy with ursofalk was appointed to increase the probability of dissolution of bilious stones.
The results of treatment were estimated by the standard technique:
The results of treatment were estimated by the standard technique :
reduction or disappearance of a dyspeptic phenomena;
characteristics of stool;
dynamics of a body weight;
results of laboratory tests:
• clinical blood analysis;
• biochemical parameters:
- bilirubin;
- cholesterol;
- aminotransferaza;
- alkaline fosfataza;
instrumental research:
• ultrasonic research of the liver;
• ultrasonic research of the pancreas;
research of excrements (coprogram) was performed in patients with a chronic pancreatitis and diseases of intestines;
research of excrements on a dysbacteriosis was performed at a pathology of i ntestines;
irrigoscopia;
fibrocolonoscopia;
computer tomography of abdominal cavity organs.
For the objectiveness of the estimation of the efficiency of the technique 10 patients from each group were selected and appointed only traditional therapy without the application of phytocomplex.
The generalized results of treatment and preventive maintenance are presented in Table ¹ 2.
