Not less than 20% of the population suffer from a dyskinesia of a biliary tract. This is the most common disorder of a biliary system, which is described by the change of a tone of a gall bladder, biliary ducts and their sphincters, which is characterized by an abnormal outflow of bile into a duodenum. The modern name of a dyskinesia is a dysfunction of an Oddy sphincter. The Oddy sphincter is the organ which consists of three regulators of liquid flood in the place of merge of the main biliary duct with a pancreatic duct at their exit into a duodenum. Eructation of air, sour or bitterness, a yellow language, gravity or pain in the right and the left hypochondrium are often clinical attributes of a dyskinesia.
Frequent reasons of a dyskinesia are a lamblia infection and psychoemotional peculiarities of a nervous system causing spasms of a gall bladder area. If earlier there was an opinion on lamblia carrying as a co-existence of a human and a parasite at symbiosis, the modern vision reflected in the materials of the Slavic-Baltic scientific forum «St. Petersburg-Gastro-2005» considers lamblia as one of significant damaging factors. The invasion of children according to Global Health Protection Organization (1983, 1998) is 15-20 %, of adults 3-10 %. Immunofermentative analysis discovers antibodies to lamblia in 42 % of patients with a pathology of an alimenary canal. As laboratory analyses reveal lambliosis only in 0.035-0.05 % of the population, the following clinical -diagnostic criteria of lambliosis which are to draw the attention of a physician were offered at the forum. They are:
- dull pains in different parts of a stomach (found in 100 % of cases of lambliosis),
- dull pains not connected with meals (in 75 % of cases),
- an unstable stool (in 71 %),
- eosinophilia (in 58 %).
- a pain in the right hypochondrium with a nausea (in 45 %),
- gravity in the right hypochondrium (in 40 %).
And the origin of spasms is explained by the science psychosomatics. Patients with a dyskinesia and a bile stone disease make 20 % of the population and concern to a certain psychological type. They are responsible, fair, accurate, hardy, patient, diligent and honest. Being in the society, they do not dare to react adequately to an unfair aggression in the way indicated by emotions, automatically switching on the energy of a hard work of "fight and flight" by overflow of a gall bladder, increase of blood pressure and emission of insulin.
