Dynamics of psychosomatic displays at a rational phytotherapy at the pathology of a biliary system using the phytocomplex «Gepar»
Purpose: to study the dynamics of psychosomatic displays at the pathology of a biliary system on the background of a rational phytotherapy.
Material and methods: 46 patients with a chronic cholecystitis in an acute phase at the age of 28 – 64 years old (average age 38±4.2 years old, M/F – 21/25, a general duration of the disease more than 10 years) were examined. A psychological status was estimated by the scales of personal characteristics according to a shortened method MMPI, by the method of estimation of the type of the attitude to the disease according to L.I.Wasserman, a quality of life – by the general questionnaire SF- 36. A basic group (26 people) received a complex treatment: a basic and a phytotherapy (the phytocomplex « Gepar » – 1 filter bag 3 times day); the duration of the course of the phytocomplex was not less than 3 weeks; a comparative group (20 people) received only the basic therapy.
Results: the fact that an authentic ( р <0.05) in comparison with an acute phase decrease of the presence of undesirable (disturbing, hypochondric, apathetic) types of the attitude to the disease, whereas the percentage of the balanced, harmonious type, on the contrary, increased practically in 3 times should be regarded as a positive property of the phytocomplex « Gepar ». Besides, at the additional appointment of the phytocomplex « Gepar » to the patients a faster regress of clinical displays, first of all a pain abdominal and a dyspeptic syndromes was stated, which, apparently, is connected with the reduction of fixity of patients on thier subjective feelings.
Conclusion: it is useful to base a rational treatment of a chronic cholecystitis on a combination of a basic and a phytotherapy (« Gepar »), it provides shortened terms of reduction of clinical, psychosomatic displays of the disease and to an increase of quality of life of patients.
