Anti-tuberculosis preparations are known to have a number of side effects, such as a hepatoxic one. It often leads to the cancellation of the treatment carried out.
A frequent change of AB-preparations (antibiotic preparations) while choosing the therapy leads to the formation of medicine reluctant stems of MBT (tuberculosis micobacteria). Mass antibacterial therapy leads to the liver and vitamin suction malfunctions and, as a consequence, to the CNS alteration (malfunction of the central nervous system).
Including phytocomplex ‘Hepar' in the complex treatment in patients with genital tuberculosis leads to a sufficient reduction of side effects of anti-tuberculosis therapy, which has become evident in the decreased percentage of patients with the symptoms of liver malfunction (pain in the right sub rib area, allergic reactions, increase of ALT).
(Information: ALT is an in-cell ferment alaninamintransferaza. Destruction or damaging of cells rich in ALT leads to a release of ferments into the circulatory system and an increase of ALT activity in blood. With virus hepatitis the grade of ALT activity increase is as a rule proportional to the danger of the disease.)
Phytocomplex "Gepar" can be also used in the non-specific antibacterial therapy, which improves toleration to preparations.
